School District Merger Proposal
November 4
The School District Merger Proposal automatically wipes out the Madison School District by forcing it to merge with 13 other districts - and that would make our current district only a small part of the largest school district in Arizona with 120,000 students, 127 elementary schools and 17 high schools.
The Mega District Proposal will negatively impact our children’s education, threaten their schools’ performance ... and will decrease your property values and increase your property taxes.

Oppose Mega-Merger Proposal
Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and District 6 Councilman Greg Stanton
have declared that they oppose the School DIstrict Merger Proposal
that would wipe out the Madison School District.
Gordon and Stanton, both of whom live in the Madison Community,
support the Preserve Madison campaign to defeat the Mega-Merger Proposal.
